摘要
为了对煤矿井下采煤机进行远程故障诊断,在实现采煤机顺槽控制系统和机载控制系统远程通讯的基础上,利用多传感信息融合理论D-S证据融合算法对采煤机新型故障进行诊断并存入智能化的专家系统故障诊断数据库,实现了采煤机的远程故障诊断和自学习功能。
Aiming at remote fault diagnosis of shearer underground coal mine, a method is presented for the new type of fault diagnosis and storage in the intelligent expert system database of shearer by using multi-sensor information fusion theory and D-S evidence fusion algorithm on the basis of realizing the remote communication between shearer crossheading control system and airborne controller. This method can realize the remote fault diagnosis and self-study function for shearer.
