高校图书馆构建多层次学科馆员服务体系的探讨

Study in Constructing Multi-level Service System of Subject Librarian in the University Library

建立学科馆员制度是高校图书馆开展学科化服务的必然要求,近年由于缺少有效的学科馆员考核机制导致学科馆员制度难以有效开展。多层次学科馆员服务体系将学科服务依据其难易程度及对学科知识的需求划分为基础服务层、学科服务层、学术服务层及专家服务层四个等级,学科馆员可依据自身能力及学科读者的特性选择服务层次,即有利于学科馆员服务目标的实现和服务能力的培养与发展,又有助于学科馆员激励机制的建立,对完善学科馆员考核机制具有重要作用。

It is the inevitable requirement of subject service to establish the subject librarian system in university libraries.In recent years, the subject librarian system is hard to develop due to the lack of effective subject librarian examination system. Multi-level subject librarian service system divides into four ranks： basic services layer, subject service layer, academic service layer and the expert service layer,which depends on the difficulty of the subject service and the demand of knowledge; the subject librarian might choose the service level in light of their own ability and the characteristics of subject readers,that isbeneficial to realize the subject librarian service goals and service ability training and development, andalso beneficial to the establishment of the subject librarian incentive mechanism, which plays an important role in improving the subject librarian examination system.
