社会化媒体环境下消费者信息搜寻效率研究 被引量:11

Consumers' Information Seeking Efficiency under Social Media Environment

摘要 设定了不同难度级别的搜寻任务,选择具有代表性的传统网络媒体平台和社会化媒体平台开展信息搜寻实验,通过对信息搜寻实验结果中数量和质量指标数据的分析,从搜索、浏览、追踪、偶遇、询问五种信息搜寻模式的视角对社会化媒体与传统网络媒体环境下的消费者信息搜寻效率、以及不同社会化搜寻策略的搜寻效率进行了深入的比较。 This paper sets search tasks with different difficulty levels, selects representative traditional online media platforms and social media platforms to carry out information seeking experiments, analyzes the information search results data of the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the evaluation of seeking efficiency, and conducts in-depth comparison of information seeking efficiency under social mediaand traditional online media environment, as well as different social seeking strategies from the perspective of five kinds of information search modes: searching, browsing, monitoring, encountering and asking.
