摘要
根据弹塑性力学,对薄壁管材的弯曲机理进行了研究,建立了当管材的塑性变形深度系数大于管材径厚比即ζ>a时,管材弯曲变形与弯矩之间的数学模型,然后利用MATLAB绘出了管材的Mˉ-ζ函数曲线,为管材矫直中工艺参数的查找提供了方便。
Based on the pipe and bar straightening theory and elastic-plastic mechanics, the bending theory of the thin pipe was studied, and a mathematical model of (M-)-ζ was established, providing a convenient method for searching pipe straightening parameters.
