摘要
通过对HRB400带肋钢筋盘条脆断试样进行金相组织、晶粒度、微区成分偏析、非金属夹杂物的检测分析,找出了盘条脆断的原因,即盘条在斯太尔摩辊道上的风机开启区域"打爬行",冷却时间过长,产生了脆性组织,使盘条局部塑性降低,产生脆性断裂。
The brittle fracture cause of HRB400 ribbed bar coil was found out based on detection and analysis of the micro- structure, grain size , micro-zone segregation and non-metallic inclusions of the fracture samples. As the ribbed bar coil slipped along the fan-open area of the Stelmor roller, its cooling time was too long to form brittle microstructure, so that lo- cal plasticity reduction was induced, and lead to the brittle fracture of the ribbed bar.
