手腕带信息缺陷的原因分析与改进措施

摘要 目的 分析手腕带信息缺陷的原因,制定相应改进措施.方法 选取2014年1月至2014年2月我科住院的所有患者,检查手腕带信息,分析缺陷原因并实施改进措施,一个月后再次检查住院患者手腕带信息;统计改进前后信息缺陷次数及查对制度满意度,比较改进前后信息缺陷发生率.结果 改进前患者手腕带信息缺陷次数共1 16次(住院号错误19次、床号错误45次、信息模糊16次、没有佩戴手腕带36次),改进后患者手腕带信息缺陷次数共7次(住院号错误1次、床号错误2次、信息模糊3次、没有佩戴手腕带1次);改进前查对制度满意度88.2%,改进后查对制度满意度99.3%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 通过对手腕带信息缺陷的原因进行分析并实施改进措施,减少了手腕带信息缺陷次数,降低信息缺陷发生率,提高了查对制度满意度,有利于医患和谐关系的发展. Objective To analyze the cause of defect wrist band information,to formulate the corresponding intervention measures for improvement.Methods We checked the wrist band information of inpatients admitted for a month,found out the cause of defects and implemented the intervention measure.The accurate rate of wrist band information was examined one month later.Results One month before the implementation of the interventions,the number of defects in patients with wrist band information was 116,system satisfaction of patients was 88.2%,after the improvement for wrist strap error,the number of defects in patients with wrist band information was only 7,system satisfaction increased to 99.3%,the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.01).Conclusion The correct wrist band information,after implementation of various measures,can ensure the medical staff would initiatively and effectively check and recognize the identification of patients during the whole progress of diagnostic and nursing treatment,guaranteeing patients medical safety,avoiding the occurrence of identification error accidents,increasing the patients trust to medical staff,which is in favour of harmonious doctor-patient relationship development.
