摘要
针对目前在酿造和发酵工艺中,制曲设备的设计参数偏差大,依据的技术条件模糊,通过对各种生产要素的分析,为制曲设备的设计或选用提出一套有关参数的计算方案,供新建厂和技术改造时技术人员参考选用。
On account of the problems that the deflection of designed parameter of koji making equipment is huge,the technical conditions are fuzzy in the brewing and fermentation technology now, on the basis of analysis of various production factors,to make out a parameter solution plan for the koji making equipment or selection of equipment,which is useful to technicians'building of new factory and technological transformation.
