摘要
通过浅层气浮和涡凹气浮试验,比较两种不同气浮的除磷脱色效果,结果表明,去除相同量的总磷时,浅层气浮消耗的PAC与FeCl3量均低于涡凹气浮,且涡凹气浮需投加3mg/L以上的PAM,而浅层气浮无需投加PAM;脱色效果方面,浅层气浮优于涡凹气浮。涡凹气浮与浅层气浮的分离时间分别为30min、10min。技术经济分析结果表明浅层气浮处理费用低于涡凹气浮。
Through the pilot experiments of shallow air-flotation and cavitation air flotation(CAF),the different phosphorous removal and decolourization effects of these two processes were compared.The results showed that when the removal effects of phosphorus were similar,the PAC and FeCl3 dosage of shallow air-flotation were lower than CAF.Meanwhile,the dosage of PAM should be more than 3mg/L for CAF process,as for shallow air-flotation process,no PAM was needed and its color removal effect was better than that of CAF.The separation time for shallow air-flotation and CAF were 30 minutes and 10 minutes respectively.The technical and economic analysis showed analysis showed that the cost of shallow air-flotation was lower than that of CAF.
