徐州市泉山区建筑工地农民工梅毒和HIV感染及知识现状调查

Investigation on current status of syphilis infection,HIV infection and AIDS and knowledge about them in migrant workers in construction sites of Quanshan District,Xuzhou City

目的为了解泉山区农民工艾滋病与梅毒感染状况以及他们对艾滋病的认知情况、有关行为和可能的感染途径;尽快发现感染者,以便采取相应的预防、治疗和关怀等综合措施,防止艾滋病疫情在本区传播和蔓延。方法采用现场调查和血清学检测相结合的方法,对5个大中型工地的农民工进行了问卷调查,收集调查对象的一般情况以及艾滋病、性病防治知识的知晓情况等。同时采集静脉血5 mL分离血清,进行HIV和梅毒血清学检测。结果在调查检测的220名农民工中,未发现HIV阳性者,梅毒ELISA初筛结果阳性2例,梅毒的感染率0.91%,梅毒RPR/TRUST复检结果阳性0例。艾滋病相关知识总的知晓率为81.82%,但蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病吗,回答正确率仅为26.82%。结论建筑业农民工因其特殊的生理、心理需求和行为习惯有可能成为艾滋病传播的一个重点人群,他们对艾滋病防治知识比较缺乏,针对性地加强对他们的健康教育是必要和必需的。

Objective To understand the current status of syphilis infection, HIV infection and AIDS and the knowledge about them in migrant workers in construction sites of Quanshan District, Xuzhou City, so as to formulating the interventions. Methods The questionnaire field survey and serological detection tests were combined to investigate the status of syphilis infection, HIV infection and AIDS and the knowledge about them in migrant workers in 5 construction sites of Quanshan District, Xuzhou City. Results Among the 220 migrant workers surveyed, there was no HIV infection, there were 2 positive cases in syphilis screening tests （0.91%） but there were no positive cases in syphilis RPR/TRUST tests. The AIDS rdated knowledge awareness rate was 81.82%, but for the question that rncsquito bites could spread AIDS, the correct answer rate was only 26.82 %. Conclusions Migrant workers may become a focus of the crowd spreading AIDS because of their special psychological needs and behavior habits. They are lack of the knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment, therefore, the targeted health education should be strengthened.
