摘要
在国际竞争日益激烈的今天,早期教育师资培养的质量成为各国早期教育改革的关键。挪威早期教育师资培养经历了一个由混沌一体走向专业化、大学化的历程。近些年来,挪威早期教育师资培养在目标体系、课程建设、教育实践、外部评估方面获得了有益经验,呈现出研究化、本土化、国际化、整合化、客观化的特点,这为我国加大早期教育师资培养的改革提供了借鉴。
The international competition is increasingly fierce, the quality of kindergarten teacher education has been a key in national preschool education reform. Norwegian kindergarten teacher education has been growing from chaotic toward specialization and universitisation. In recent years, the Norwegian kindergarten teacher education has gained some experience on aspects of the target system, the curriculum system ,educational practice and external evaluation. Which presents the characteristics of research, localization, internationalization, integration, and the objective, and provides some inspirations for us.
