目的:了解细胞毒药物静脉用药的合理配置方法。方法:查阅药品说明书和相关文献资料。结果:将有特殊配置要求(载体选择、药物浓度、输注时间及载体量的选用、溶解速度及溶解度等)的药物分别进行归纳整理。结论:药师利用其自身的药学知识,对细胞毒药物静脉使用时的合理配置进行指导,提高用药的安全性和有效性。

OBJECTIVE To understand the rational configuration method of cytotoxic drugs intravenously.METHODS Referred to the drug instructions and related documents.RESULTS The special configuration requirements of drugs（carrier,drug concentration,infusion time and the amount of carrier,dissolution rate and solubility） were collated and analyzed.CONCLUSION Pharmacists use pharmacological knowledge to guide the rational allocation of cytotoxic drugs intravenously,improve the safety and efficacy of drug therapy.
