摘要
基于多体系统理论对数控滚齿机进行了结构分析,得到了数控滚齿机的拓扑结构;分析研究了相邻体的运动关系,根据相邻体的运动关系,结合数控滚齿机的拓扑结构,得出了数控滚齿机的几何误差模型;对所得到的几何误差模型进行解耦,获得了数控滚齿机各轴独立的补偿量。研究结果为数控滚齿机几何误差补偿的实现奠定了基础。
The structure of CNC gear hobbing machine was analysed based on the theory of multibody system,the topological structure for CNC gear hobbing machine was acquired;the movement relationship between adjacent body was researched,the geometric error model of CNC gear hobbing machine was gained according to the movement relation between adjacent body and the topological structure for CNC gear hobbing machine.By decoupling the geometric error model,the compensation quantities of separate axis are obtained,which is laid a theoretical foundation for CNC gear hobbing machine geometric error compensation.
