摘要
对于由液压缸驱动的以摇块作为主动件曲柄摇块机构,使用解析方法,建立了机构的运动模型,得到了描述机构性能的Jacob系数,提出了远离奇异构型的设计准则。根据给定的曲柄摆动范围和液压缸结构参数,提出了机构参数的优化模型,并进行了实例计算。
Crank rocker mechanisms driven by connected rod with hydraulic cylinder are analyzed with analytical method in this paper. Motion equations of the mechanisms are formulated and Jacobian coefficient is got to describe performance of this mechanism. Design method of avoiding singular configuration is set forth for mechanism design. On given swing angle of crank and structure dimensions of hydraulic cylinder, optimization model is put forward. An illustrated example is calculated.
