高填充木塑复合材料耐化学腐蚀性研究

摘要 将聚乙烯(PE)进行接枝改性,研究了改性PE用量对高填充木塑复合材料(WPC)耐化学腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:保持改性PE和未改性PE总用量不变,三种化学试剂(HCl、NaOH及H2O2)对高填充WPC质量变化率的影响随着改性PE用量的增加而逐渐减弱。其中HCl溶液对高填充WPC的质量变化率影响最大;NaOH溶液对WPC力学性能的影响高于其他两种化学试剂;在木粉用量固定为70%时,改性PE用量对经化学试剂腐蚀后的WPC的弯曲性能和冲击性能无明显补强作用。 Polyethylene (PE) PE was treated with grafting modification, and the effect of modified PE content on the chemical corrosion resistance of high filling wood-plastic composites (WPC) was researched. The results show that the influence of three kinds of chemical reagent(such as HCI, NaOH and H2O2) on the rate of mass change of WPC weakens slightly with the increasing of modified PE content, when the total content of modified PE and unmodified PE is unchanged. HCI solution has the strongest effect on the rate of mass change, but the effect of NaOH solution on the mechanical properties of WPC is stronger than the other two kinds of chemical reagents. The modified PE content has no obvious reinforcing effect on the flexural strength and impact strength of WPC when wood flour content is 70%.
