摘要
选用某公司的5 L双层吹瓶机复合机头作为研究对象,建立其复合共挤出加工过程的数学模型,利用仿真软件Polyflow对共挤区域进行了模拟仿真,分析机头结构和工艺参数对共挤性能的影响。
Selecting compound head for 5 L double-layer blow molding machine as research subjects, mathematical model of its coextrusion process was established. The coextrusion area was simulated by using Polyflow software, and the effect of head structure and different process parameters on coextrusion performance was analyzed.
