摘要
采用顶空-气相色谱法测定包装材料中可能残留的有机溶剂(乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙二醇单丁醚等)。该方法采用色谱柱分离,FID检测,21种溶剂能够很好分离,线性较好,样品加标回收率苯系物在96.8%~103%范围内,其他溶剂在96.3%~101%范围内,相对标准偏差在1.00%~5.53%之间,相关系数均在0.99以上,最低检出限为0.003 mg/m^2。对色谱柱、加热温度和平衡时间进行了优化,方法简便、快速、重现性好、灵敏度和准确度高,完全能满足食品包装材料中溶剂残留量的分析。
The headspace gas chromatographic method was sued to determine the possible organic residual solvents in food packaging materials(such as ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, toluene, dimethylbenzene, etc). The method adopts the chromatographic column separation, FID detection, 21 kinds of solvents can be well separated, and has good linearity. The standard addition recovery of benzene series is 96.8%~103%, and the standard addition recoveries of other residual solvents are 96.3%-101%. The relative standard deviation ranges from 1.00% to 5.53% and the correlation coefficients are above 0.99. The minimum detection limit is 0.003 mg/m^2, The chromatographic column, the heating temperature and equilibrium time were optimized, and then the method is simple, fast, good reproducibility, high sensitivity and accuracy. This method can fully meet residual solvents analysis in food packaging materials.
