中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床观察

Clinical Research of Applying Integrative Medicine to Treat Anovulatory Infertility

目的：评价中药人工周期结合西药排氯米芬胶囊治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效。方案：选择我院2013年1月~2014年1月门诊诊治的不孕症患者,随机分成两组。对照组予雌孕激素调整月经周期及氯米芬胶囊等促排卵治疗。治疗组予中药人工周期治疗＋氯米芬胶囊口服促排卵治疗。两组均于服药期间监测排卵及受孕情况。结果：治疗3个月治疗组有效率及妊娠率高于对照组,治疗组及对照组治疗后3个月的总有效率分别为87.5%和65.21%,妊娠率（痊愈）为：54.16%和21.17%,两组比较P〈0.05。结论：中西医结合人工周期疗法不仅妊娠率高,且副作用小,是合理的可运用于临床的治疗方法。

Objective： To evaluate the combination of TCM artificial period method with western medicine of clomiphene capsules to treat anovulatory infertility. Methods： Selecting infertility patients in our hospital in January 2013to 2014January outpatient diagnosis and treatment, were randomly divided into two groups. Estrogen and progesterone in the controlled group to adjust the menstrual cycle and ovulation clomiphene capsules and other treatment. The treatment group with Chinese medicine treatment of oral capsules and clomiphene ovulation induction therapy. Both groups were monitoring the situation in the period of ovu- lation and pregnancy medication. Results： Three months of treatment and the treatment group was higher pregnancy rate after treatment, the treatment group and the controlled group, the total efficiency of 87.5% and 65.21%, respectively, three months of pregnancy （recovery） was 54. 16% and 21.17% , respectively, P〈O. 05. Conclusion： Integrative therapy has not only high pregnancy rate, but also has small side effects, it is reasonable to be used in clinical treatment.
