加用中药蜡泥热敷治疗的综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Combined Therapy Adding Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Wax Mud to Treat Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory

目的:比较加用中药蜡泥热敷治疗的综合疗法与中药保留灌肠配合西药口服治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将100例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组50例。实验组采用中药保留灌肠、中药蜡泥外敷下腹部及腰骶部及抗生素口服,对照组采用中药保留灌肠加抗生素口服。两组均治疗3个月经周期后观察疗效。结果:比较两组间总有效率、治疗后评分及治疗前后评分差值,经统计学处理,差异有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:加用中药蜡泥热敷治疗的综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,优于中药保留灌肠配合西药口服治疗。

Objective:To compare the effect between the comprehensive therapy included Chinese medicine wax mud and the Chinese medicine enteroclysis coordinated by oral antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:100 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group,50 cases each group. The experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,Chinese medicine wax mud compressed on lower abdomen and lumbosacral and oral antibiotics,the controlled group using traditional Chinese medicine retention enema plus oral antibiotics. Observation of curative effect of two groups were treated for 3menstrual cycles. Results:The total effective rate was compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive therapy included Chinese medicine wax mud is better than the Chinese medicine enteroclysis coordinated by oral antibiotics.
