乳腺增生Ⅰ号治疗乳腺增生病临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Applying Mammary Gland Hyperplasia Ⅰ to Treat Mammary Gland Hyperplasia Disease

目的:观察乳腺增生Ⅰ号治疗乳腺增生病的治疗效果。方法:选取我院收治的140例乳腺增生患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用乳癖消治疗,治疗组采用乳腺增生Ⅰ号治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,并检测孕酮和血清雌激素。结果:治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,且治疗后雌激素和孕酮水平改善情况优于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺增生病采用乳腺增生Ⅰ号治疗效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To study the therapeutic effect of mammary gland hyperplasia I on treating mammary gland hyperpla- sia. Methods： Selecting 140cases of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands of our hospital, it can be divided into con- trolled group and treatment group, the controlled group treated with Breast Mass Resolving Tablet, the treatment group treated with hyperplasia of mammary glands I, and to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients, and detecting proges- terone and estrogen serum. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the controlled group, and estrogen and progesterone levels after treatment to improve the situation was better than that of the controlled group, difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating mammary gland hyperplasia with mammary gland hyperplasia I is remarkable, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
