双侧头针与康复训练同步治疗对脑梗死急性期患者运动功能的影响

Effect of Double Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training Synchronously on Acute Infarction Patients with Movement Disturbance

目的:观察双侧头针与康复训练同步治疗对脑梗死急性期患者运动功能障碍的康复治疗效果。方法:对100例脑梗死急性期运动功能障碍患者随机分为两组,同步组采用双侧头针与康复训练同步治疗,非同步组则头针与康复训练相隔4小时以上。两组治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法进行疗效评定。结果:治疗第14天及第28天两组对比,同步组评分均高于非同步组。结论:双侧头针与康复训练同步治疗能显著改善脑梗死急性期患者的运动功能。

Objective： To explore the effect of double scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training synchronously on acute infarction patients with movement disturbance. Methods： 100cases of acute infarction patients were randomly divided into synchronous group and non-synchronous group. The synchronous group were treated with double scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training synchronously, and the non-synchronous group were treated with the two therapies above, but they were at an interval of at lest four hours. The effects were assessed by Fugl-Meyer Assessment. Results ： The motor function of the synchronous group was superior to the non-synchronous group on the 14th day and the 28day of the treatment. Conclusion： The therapy of double scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training synchronously can improve the motor function of the acute infarction patients prominently.
