郑氏舒活酊质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Zhengshishuhuoding

目的：建立郑氏舒活酊的质量标准。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定郑氏舒活酊中地黄的活性成分梓醇的含量,采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中的红花。结果：梓醇在16.86μg·ml-1~84.30μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为99.97%,RSD=0.34%（n=9）;采用薄层色谱法能检出红花。结论：建立的质量标准方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于郑氏舒活酊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Zhengshishuhuoding. METHODS Determinate the content of Catalpol, the active ingredient in Rehmanniae Radix in the preparation by HPLC, identify Carthami Flos in the preparation by TLC. RESULTS The Catalpol had good linearities （ r = 0. 9998 ） at the range of 16. 86μg· ml-1～ 84. 30μg · ml-1. The average recovery was 99. 97%, RSD=0. 34% （n=9） ; Carthami Flos can be identified by TLC. CONCLUSION The estab- lished methods of quality standard of Zhengshishuhuoding are simple, fast and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
