中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

Curative Observation of Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:观察中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效,为临床提供重要参考。方法:选择来我院进行治疗的异位妊娠患者300例,随机分为中西医结合组150例和西医组150例。西医组患者每天给予服用米非司酮片250mg,同时肌肉注射1mg/kg的甲氨蝶呤;中西医结合组在西医组的基础上,口服具有活血、祛瘀、止痛、化浊、通络作用的中药。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者血β-HCG恢复正常时间及包块消失时间。结果:中西医结合组患者经过治疗显效91例,有效42例,治疗总有效率为88.67%,西医组患者经过治疗显效73例,有效39例,治疗总有效率为74.67%,中西医结合组治疗总有效率明显高于西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中西医结合组患者血β-HCG恢复正常时间平均为(16.6±9.1)天,明显短于对照组的(24.6±8.1)天;中西医结合组患者包块消失时间平均为(30.5±9.8)天,显著短于对照组的(41.6±10.2)天,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月中西医结合组有121例患者输卵管通畅,输卵管通畅率为80.7%,明显高于西医组的98例65.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗异位妊娠有利于患者接受,治疗有效率高,有效降低血β-HCG值,盆腔包块消失快,使输卵管恢复正常,不良反应小,缩短异位妊娠治疗时间,减轻患者经济负担,使输卵管功能有效恢复正常,值得临床推广与使用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating ec- topic pregnancy, and provide important reference for clinical. Methods： 300 patients with eetopic pregnancy were selected, they were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group, and western medicine group with 150 eases in each. Western medicine group were given each and every day to take mifepristone tablets 250rag, and methotrexate intramus- cular injection of 1 mg/kg; integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group in western medicine group, Chinese medi- cine had the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, relieving pain, Huazhuo Tongluo effect. To ob- serve the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, compared two groups of patients with serum β-HCG returned to normal time and mass extinction time. Results： In the group of patients after treatment of combination of Chinese traditional and western medi- cine were 91 cases, 42 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 88. 67%, the western medicine group patients after treatment were 73 cases, 39 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 74. 67%, combine traditional Chinese and West- ern medicine treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Combination of Chinese and western medicine group after treatment in patients with serum I3-HCG recovery time averaged 16. 6＋9. 1 days, significantly shorter than the controlled group were 24. 6 ± 8. 1 days; group mass disappearance time average of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine were 30. 5 ±9. 8 days, significantly shorter than the controlled group were 41. 6±10. 2 day, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy is beneficial to patients, the effective rate of treatment, the blood β-HCG values decrease, pelvic mass disappeared quickly, making the fallopian tube back to normal, and little adverse reaction, shorten the ectopic pregnancy in time, reduce the economic burden of the patients, make tubal function returned to normal, is worth of clinical promotion and utilization.
