纵切横缝加部分内括约肌切断术配合中药熏洗治疗环状混合痔40例临床疗效分析

Curative Analysis of Longitudinal Incision and Transverse Suture Plus Partial Internal Sphincterotomy with Herbal Fumigation to Treat 40 Cases of Ring- like Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的:观察纵切横缝加部分内括约肌切断术配合中药熏洗治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将纳入观察的80例患者随机分为两组,试验组40例采取纵切横缝加部分内括约肌切断术配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组40例采取分段齿形结扎术治疗。结果:试验组与对照组相比,平均治愈时间较短,术后尿潴留、伤口剧烈疼痛、排便困难、肛门狭窄者较少(P<0.05),两组在治愈率、肛门括约肌功能变化等方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:纵切横缝加部分内括约肌切断术配合中药熏洗能有效缩短疗程、减轻术后伤口疼痛,避免肛门狭窄以更利于畅通排便,具有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective： To inquire into the clinical curative effect of cutting in the longitudinal direction and sewing in land- scape orientation and partially sectional internal sphincterotomy and steaming and washing with traditional Chinese medicine for ring-like mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in test group were trea- ted with the modus operandi of cutting in the longitudinal direction and sewing in landscape orientation and partially sectional in- ternal sphincterotomy and steaming and washing with traditional Chinese medicine, 40 cases in control group were treated with segmenting jugged ligation. Results ： As compared with the controlled group, the average healing time of test group was shorter, there were less patients in the test group with urinary retention after the surgery, severe pain of wounds, difficult defecation, and archostegnosis （P〈0. 05 ）. There were no significant difference in cure rate and changes in anus sphincter function between the two groups （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Cutting in the longitudinal direction and sewing in landscape orientation and partially sec- tional internal sphincterotomy and steaming and washing with traditional Chinese medicine for ring-like mixed hemorrhoid can shorten the course of treatment, reduce postoperative wound pain, avoid archostegnosis for open defecation. It has the value to promote.
