耳针与灸法并用治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎38例疗效观察

Curative Observation Of Applying Auricular Acupressure And Moxibustion to Treat 38 Cases of Yang Deficiency and Cold Type of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察耳针与灸法并用治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将75例患者随机分为两组。治疗组38例,采用耳针与灸法并用的方法治疗;对照组37例,口服氨基葡萄糖、双氯芬酸钠治疗。观察两组治疗前后疗效指标变化,并进行评价。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.7%和78.4%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总体疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:耳针与灸法并用治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of moxibustion and auricular acupressure treatment on osteoarthritis of knee KOA） of Yang deficient cold type. Methods ： A total of 75 patients of KOA were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 38） who were treated with moxibustion and auricular acupressure treatment, controlled group （ n = 37 ） who were asked to take glucosamine and diclofenac sodium. Clinical symptom scores were assessed before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of 94. 7% in the moxibustion and auricular acupressure treatment group was better than 78. 4% in the controlled group （P 〈0. 05 ） ; the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. The treatment group significantly was better than the controlled group. Conclusion： Moxibustion and auricular acupressure treatment therapy is effective for patients with KOA.
