摘要
提出了一种基于FTOPSIS和模糊多目标规划的低碳供应商评价集成方法。该方法首先利用FTOPSIS计算出各备选低碳供应商的价值,在此基础上建立了以购买的总价值、总成本、质量拒绝率、延迟交货率、碳排放为目标的模糊多目标规划模型,然后用极大-极小权重模型对该多目标规划进行求解,得出最优订购量。最后,通过实例验证了模型的科学实用性,通过改变各目标的权重进行了相关的灵敏度分析。
This paper proposes an integrated low-carbon supplier evaluation approach based on FTOP-SIS and fuzzy multi-objective programming. The approach uses FTOPSIS to calculate the value of each alternative low-carbon suppliers,establishes a fuzzy multi-objective programming model based on the targets of the total value of the purchase,the total cost,quality rejection rate,delay in delivery rate, carbon emissions,and then uses max-min weight model to solve the multi-objective programming, which gets the optimal order quantity. Finally,an example verifies scientific validation of the model, and the weight of each target weight is changed to conduct relative sensitivity analysis.
