Social Evaluation on Engineering Project of Urban Mine

从发展循环经济的角度看,城市矿产工程项目社会评价研究具有一定的理论意义和实践参考性。在对城市矿产工程项目社会效益评价进行必要性分析的基础上,结合城市矿产的特点,构建城市矿产工程项目社会评价指标体系。采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法建立城市矿产工程项目社会评价模型,并以国内某市城市矿产工程项目为实例进行综合的社会评价,期望为我国城市矿产产业的发展提供一定的科学依据。

In the perspective of developing circle economy,exploring the social evaluation on urban mine engineering project has certain theoretical significance. Based on the analysis of necessity of so-cial evaluation on urban mine engineering project,combining the characteristics of urban mine to con-struct social evaluation index system about urban mine engineering project. AHP and fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation methods were to establish social evaluation model of urban mine engineering pro-ject. By comprehensive social assessment on one urban mine engineering project in the country,we hope to provide some scientific basis for the development of urban mine industry.
