我国信息化与农业现代化融合机制探析

Analysis of the Fusion Mechanism between China's Information Infrastructure and Agricultural Modernization

信息化有助于更新农业资源结构,减少农业生产风险,提高农业经营效率,改善农业生态环境,因而必须推动信息化与农业现代化深度融合。应将信息化与农业现代化的融合结点选择为:农业装备智能化、农业技术集成化、农业经营高效化;将运行机制设定为:完善信息网络平台,以推进高效"设施农业";优化信息服务供给,以创新适度"规模农业";加强信息资源管理,以实现绿色"品质农业";深化信息技术推广,以探索先进"精准农业"。同时,完善信息化与农业现代化融合的保障机制。

Information infrastructure can facilitate upgrading of the structure of agricultural resources, reducing the risk of agricultural production, improving operational efficiency of agriculture, and protecting agro-eeological environment. Therefore, it is necessary to promote in-depth integration between information application and agricultural modernization. In this paper, the nodes of integration between information infrastructure and agricultural modernization are chosen as follows： smart agricultural equipment, integrated agricultural technology, and efficient agricultural operations. The operating mecha- nism shall be set as the following： improving the information network platform to promote the highly efficient ＂facility agri- culture＂; optimizing information service provision to create moderate ＂scale agriculture＂; strengthening information resources management to achieve green ＂quality agriculture＂; and deepening promotion of information technology to explore advanced ＂precision agriculture. ＂
