主体认识图式学习理论对公务员教育培训教学的启示

Inspiration from Learning Theory Based on Subject Cognitive Schema for Education and Training of Civil Servants

摘要 教学是公务员教育培训的重要方面。主体认识图式学习理论以马克思主义哲学为基础,系统地、科学地分析了学习过程中的主体性问题,对公务员教育培训的教学有着重要的启示作用。这主要表现在:它论证了知识客观性的绝对性和相对性,告诉我们教学既是一个知识传授的过程,也是一个帮助学生创新、创造、建构的过程;它提醒教学人员应充分了解学生的主体认识图式状态,使得教学真正做到对症下药;它还特别显明教育培训一定要与实践紧密联系,必要时要探索通过挂职锻炼等新型教学方式来增强实践性。 Instruction is an important aspect of education and training for civil servants. The learning theory based on subject cognitive schema is designed on the basis of Marxist philosophy, aiming at analyzing the subject-related issues in the process of learning in a systematic and scientific manner, thus is of inspirational significance to the education and training of civil servants. It discusses the absolute and relative nature of the objectivity of knowledge, indicating that instruction is a process of knowledge dissemination as well as a process of assisting students in innovation, creativity, and construction. It reminds the teaching staff to fully understand the status of students' subject cognitive schema, enabling the instruction to be truly individual-specific. In particular, it requires that education and training must be closely linked with practice. When necessary, it is advisable to explore new paths of education, such as in-post practice, to enhance the practical feature of ed- ucation and training.
