摘要
为了较全面地了解高校外语教师的专业认同的水平与特点,采用量表法对311名高校外语教师进行了研究。结果表明:高校外语教师专业认同整体水平较好;性别、学校类别变量对高校外语教师专业认同发展影响不显著;民办院校的外语教师专业认同高于公立院校的教师,省会城市高于地级市;随着年龄的增长、教龄的增加和职称的提升,高校外语教师专业认同也相应提升;具有本科、硕士学历的外语教师专业认同水平高于博士学历的外语教师;高校外语教师专业认同的水平没有随收入的增加而提升。
Aimed at overall understanding about the professional identity of foreign languages and universities, one scale is applied for the research, which involves with 311 foreign languag teachers in colleges es teachers in colleges and universities. The result shows that the overall level of their professional identity is comparatively satisfactory ; the variants of sexual distinction, type of colleges, income do not influence the development of their professional identity. Professional identity of teachers from private higher learning institutions and the provincial capital cities is higher than those from public higher learning institutions and prefecture-level cities. Age, teaching time, professional title are the main factors influencing their professional identity ; as their ages, teaching time increase and professional title promotes, their professional identity is accordingly developed.
