摘要
目的分析海口地区4家口腔临床单位的金瓷修复体比色技术应用现状,为口腔临床修复技术的比色和教学中加以技术改进提供理论支持。方法调查统计海口地区824例患者的金瓷修复体比色记录,分析海口地区医生比色方法应用、分牙位比色、分区比色和色标中间色比色情况。结果比色研究显示,3家医院667例患者中,有494例(74.06%)采用Vitapan 3D-Master比色板,145例(21.74%)采用Vitapan classical比色板,28例(4.20%)采用了塑料牙列比色标记,12例(1.80%)采用数码比色;有338例患者属于多个不同牙位修复,其中仅有11例(3.25%)注意到颜色的牙位区别;1 784个金瓷修复体中有15个(0.84%)选择了中间色比色,1 693个(94.90%)不分区比色,79个(4.43%)2分区比色,12个(0.67%)3分区比色。市级医院264例患者中有17例(6.44%)分区比色,12例(4.55%)色标中间色比色,多牙修复者无分牙位比色;而同区的社区医院157例患者中,有2例(1.27%)分区比色,无色标中间色比色,多牙修复者无分牙位比色。结论目前海口地区金瓷修复体已普遍采用Vitapan3D-Master比色板比色,比色和认知有关,海口地区金瓷修复体临床比色技术有待提高,比色教育需要加强。
Objective To analyze the application of color selection technology on metal ceramic restoratioin 4 dental clinic units in Haikou, and provide theoretical supports to the technological improvements of color sell tion and teaching in oral clinical rehabilitation technology. Methods Color selection records on metal ceramic rel rations in 824 patients in Haikou were investigated. The method of color selection, the color distinction for differs] teeth in one person or different parts in one tooth, and the intermediate color between two adjacent shade tabs were an lyzed. Results Among 667 cases of patients from three hospitals, there were 494 cases (74.06%) selected Vitapl 3D-Master shade guide, 145 cases (21.74%) selected Vitapan classical shade guide, 28 cases (4.20%) and 12 caI (1.80%) underwent plasticdentition shade selection and digital shade selection respectively. Only 11 patients paid~ tention to the color distinction for different teeth among 338 cases of patients with more than one metal ceramic resto rations. Among 1784 metal ceramic restorations, there were 15 (0.84%) cases with intermediate color between two jacent shade tabs, 1693 (94.90%) cases with simple color selection, 79 (4.43%) cases with two partitions color selec tion and 12 (0.67%) cases with three partitions color selection. Among 264 cases of patients from municipal hospitz there were 17 cases (6.44%) with different partitions color selection, 12 cases (4.55%) with intermediate color and one paid attention to the color distinction for different teeth, while among 157 cases of patients from community hospi tal in the same districts in Haikou, there were cases (1.27%) with different partitions color selection, and no one w intermediate color nor paid attention to the color distinction for different teeth. Conclusion Vitapan 3D-Mas shade guide has been widely used in Haikou. The ability of color selection is associated with the knowledge on chro matology. The technology of clinical color selection on metal ceramic restorations needs to be improved, and the ede cation in color selection should be strengthened.
