Designing and Implementation of theConstruction System throughout the Dynamic Monitoring over the Construction Land of Henan Province

本文以河南省建设用地全程动态监管信息系统为例,给出了建设用地全程动态监管信息系统系统框架和系统功能设计,并对建设用地全程动态监管信息系统的关键技术进行了讨论。

This paper was introducing, by taking into account the case of system construction throughout the dynamic monitoring over the construction land of Henan as an example, the framework and designing function of the construction sites throughout the dynamic monitoring information system. The key technologies of the above system throughout the dynamic monitoring over the construction land were described also in this paper.
