上海市初期雨水处理设施评估指标权重研究

摘要 初期雨水调蓄是减少初期雨水污染物排放的有效手段,但随着应用逐渐增多,相应的问题也日益凸显,为此建立有效而科学的初期雨水减排设施评估体系是一个亟待解决的问题,而其中指标权重的确定尤为重要.本文在建立上海市初期雨水评估指标体系的基础上,利用基于信息熵的指标权重确定方法计算各个指标的权重,减少了指标权重确定上的模糊性和不合理性,提高了减排设施建设和运行方面的科学性、可行性,从而为减排设施的持续、稳定、有效地运行提供科学依据. The Early Rain Storage is an effective means of reducing sewage discharge. As more people use the method more and more new problems arise,which makes establishing a scientific and effective evaluation system of early rain sewage discharge reduction an important issue to be solved. The key of the evaluation system is to determine the weight of each indicator. This paper calculates the indicator weights based on information entropy to reduce ambiguity and irrationality and to improve the scientificity and feasibility of the running and the development of the reduction facilities. The research provides a scientific basis for the stability,the availability and the standing run of the reduction facilities.
