摘要
移动互联网的到来乃至物联网的快速发展,正在极大的改变用户行为习惯。同时各种新型终端和应用的大量涌现,对网络流量造成巨大的压力,而现网PCC管控策略的应用效果并不理想。介绍业务管控策略配置原理和部分PCC策略场景的业务流程,分析对现有网络设备的要求,并给出PCC的部署建议。
The rapid development of mobile internet and internet of things have changed people’s behavior and habits greatly. At the same time, a lot of new emerging terminals and applications leave heavy burden on the network traffic, but the work of current PCC control strategy was not ideal. This paper introduces the configuration principle of business control strategy and part of the business process of PCC strategy, makes analysis on existing equipment requirements, and gives suggestions on PCC deployment.
