This paper starts with the service types of the group clients, and comprehensively analyses several existing technology of transmission network. The principle and application scenarios of SDH technology, PTN technology and GPON technology are especially descried. On this basis, how the transmission network carrying group clients business is analysed. And three representative design cases are presented.
