我国区域海洋经济产业结构的演变特征及对策研究

A Study on Evolution Characters and Countermeasures of Regional Marine Industrial Structure in China

本文立足于地区层面,分析了2001-2012年间我国海洋经济产业结构的演变特征,并进行了相应的对策研究。研究结果发现,我国区域海洋产业结构差异明显且发展模式不一。同时,基于资源禀赋差异和可持续发展的分析表明,各地区海洋产业结构存在不同程度的不合理。据此,本文将沿海11个地区划分为五个区域,"因地制宜"的提出了地区海洋产业结构的优化对策。

This paper presents a regional level analysis on the evolution characters of marine industrial structure in China from 2001 to 2012 with problem-addressing measures proposed accordingly. The result shows that there exists sharp differences in the structure and development model of the regional marine industry. Further more, an analysis based on sustainable development principles and resources endowment disparity indicates that different degrees of irrationality exist in the marine industrial structures of different places. After classifying 11 coastal regions into five groups, this paper finally puts forward optimization strategies for marine industrial structure in accordance with the specific local conditions.
