摘要
根据电动汽车驱动用调速永磁同步电动机的技术要求确定电机的主要尺寸,对内置式转子结构、永磁体尺寸、转子偏心距进行了设计,并根据电动汽车的运行工况确定了电机绕组的连接方式及匝数。建立了电机的二维有限元模型,计算了电机在空载情况下的漏磁系数、反电势及额定输出转矩。最后制作样机进行相关性能的测试,测试结果符合电动汽车设计的技术要求。该文为电动汽车用调速永磁同步电动机的设计提供了相关方法,具有一定的参考意义。
The main dimensions of the permanent magnet synchronous motor for a electric vehicle were determined,and the IPM rotor structure, the size of the permanent magnet and rotor eccentricity were designed. The connection typeand the number of turns of the winding according to the operating conditions were chosen. A 2D finite element model forthis motor was established, and then the leakage coefficient, EMF and rated output torque were calculated. Finally the pro-totype was made and the test results can meet the technical requirements. This paper provides method to design speed regu-lating permanent magnet synchronous motors for driving electric vehicles and the method is valuable.
