摘要
电枢绕组匝间短路是一种常见的电机内部故障,无人水下航行器(UUV)容错推进电机可以在该故障发生时切除故障相,保证系统正常运行。通过分析推导建立了UUV容错推进电机电枢绕组发生匝间短路时的故障模型,并采用二维有限元方法借助Maxwell 2D软件进行了容错推进电机内部磁场的仿真分析,并利用快速傅里叶变换获得了其感应电动势和相电流故障前后频谱对比分析结果,对UUV容错推进电机匝间短路故障的特征量进行了分析和总结,为容错推进电机故障前的预测以及容错电机的故障处理提供了依据。
Stator winding inter turn short-circuit faults are one of the most common internal faults of fault-tolerant ma-chine,which can disconnect the fault phases and keep operating correctly in the event of a failure. Stator winding short-cir-cuit fault model was established through analysis. Based on finite element method,the high-power density fault-tolerant ma-chine internal magnetic field simulation and analysis were implemented using Maxwell 2D and induced voltage frequencyspectrum was analyzed by FFT method. The characteristics of stator winding short-circuit faults were summarized,which laya solid foundation for fault-tolerant machine earlier faults prediction and winding switching.
