摘要
充气球天线的设计、分析、加工制造等已成为国内外研究的热点,其中量产要求与工艺研究需求尤为突出.文中从设计与加工的角度出发,提出了一种充气天线反射面初始型面分析计算方法和裁片计算分析方法,给出了反射面粘贴模具、球面粘贴靠模、裁剪线布置方案和裁剪模具的设计方法,并介绍了充气球天线的加工工艺和流程.性能测试结果表明,文中所述工艺和流程切实可行,有效可靠.
The analysis,design and manufacture of spherical inflatable antenna have become hot research issues both at home and abroad,and the demands on mass production and processing research are urgent.From the perspective of design and process,this paper proposes an analytical method for the initial profile design of inflatable antenna reflector and the design of membrane pieces,and presents design methods for the pasting molds of reflector and sphere as well as for the cutting line and mold.Moreover,the processes and procedures of spherical inflatable antenna are illustrated.Performance test results show that the proposed process and procedure is feasible,efficient and reliable.
