摘要
本课题应用质量管理和系统评价方法,针对我国产品合格率水平偏低的实际状况,研究国外某制造企业如何利用质量监控,测量和数据分析,发现运行中的不合格及潜在不合格。运用关联数法分析和评价其所采用的纠正与预防措施,同时采用PDCA思想对质量改善中的防呆装置进行优化,提出改进方案,并论证其可行性。
Quality management and system evaluation are applied in this task,to research how to utilize quality control,measure and data analysis to find out the nonconformity and potential nonconformity in process in one manufacturing company,due to the actual status that low products conforming rate in our country.Analyze and evaluate the corrective and preventive actions by PATTERN. Make use of PDCA idea to improve the fool-proofing device in application.And put forward plan to demonstrate its feasibility.
