生长激素对肝脏CYP基因的调控

摘要 生长激素(Growth hormone,GH)是由腺垂体的生长激素细胞分泌的一种肽类激素,参与调节一系列的生理进程,包括长骨生长,脂肪酸氧化,机体对葡萄糖的摄取,以及肝脏类固醇和外源性化合物的代谢。在许多物种中,GH分泌方式存在明显两性差异,与此同时许多肝脏CYP(cytochrome P450)基因的表达也表现为明显的性别依赖性,CYP即细胞色素P450,是一种微粒体酶,主要分布在肝脏,在临床用药及其他外源性物质的氧化代谢(I相反应)中发挥核心作用。大量研究指出了GH通过刺激细胞而激活相关信号转导通路,从而对肝脏CYP基因的转录和表达起到调控作用。本文综述了GH对肝脏CYP的调控及其相关机制。
