输血前传染病检测在输血中的应用价值探究

Study on the Application Value of Infectious Disease Test before Blood Transfusion in Transfusion

目的：探讨在患者输血前接受传染病检测对输血的价值及意义。方法：以某院2012年9月-2013年9月收诊的90例接受输血治疗的患者为研究对象为A组，另外选取90例体检健康的患者作为参照，作为B组，对输血患者进行各项传染病指标检测。结果：90例患者在输血前传染病检测阳性率达到28.89%，仅对患者进行乙型肝炎（HBSAg、HBs、HBeAg、HBe、HBc）检测阳性率已达到14.43%。90例健康人员的传染病检测阳性率达到12.20%，两组研究对象具有明显差异（P〈0.01），具有统计学意义。结论：在患者输血之前，对其进行有效的传染病指标检测可以有效的降低医院内交叉感染的发生，同时也可以减少医患之间医疗纠纷，创建良好医患关系，因此其具有重要的应用意义。

Objective： This paper aims to explore the value and significance of testing infectious disease be-fore blood transfusion for transfusion. Methods： 90 patients received transfusion treatment in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 are selected as Group A and the other 90 healthy cases as the reference group B and then the patients treated with transfusion are tested on all infectious diseases indicators. Results： the positive rate of the infectious diseases before transfusion of the 90 cases reaches 28.89% and the positive rate of HBSAg 、HBs、HBeAg、HBe、HBc of the patients reaches 14.43%. The positive rate of infectious disease of 90 healthy cas-es reaches 12.20%. The results of the two groups are of statistic significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusions：Testing indica-tors of infectious diseases before transfusion can effectively decrease the incidence of cross infection in the hospital and the disputes among patients as well as contribute to establishment of good relationship between patients and doctors, which has important application significance.
