摘要
长输天然气管道需要使用压缩机为天然气增压,用变频电机驱动压缩机的技术是整个天然气管线中最重要的技术环节。介绍了东芝三菱TMEIC公司VSI电压源变频器和高速电机在西气东输二线西段工程上的应用,以及压气站内各配套辅助系统的设计重点。通过对驱动系统的构成、主要特点的阐述及设计环节中的技术重点进行分析总结,为该类系统在今后相似项目上的运用提供了经验借鉴。
The application of high power variable speed driving system that was used to drive compressor is themost important technology in the long distance natural gas pipeline design which using compressor to raise pressure.TMEIC VSI converter and high speed motors in the west-east gas pipelineⅡ and some design focus of the compressorstation was introduced. By the explanation of the construction and characteristic of the driving system and the analysisof the problems emerged during the project construction and operation,it is possible to provide the experience for futureuse of this kind of equipments on similar projects.
