功能矫治大鼠前伸下颌后血中PGE_2的节律变化

摘要 目的:观察戴用功能矫治器对大鼠血液中的PGE2昼夜节律的影响。方法:选择4周龄健康Wistar雄性大鼠54只,随机等量分为白天组、全天组、对照组(n=18)。戴自制导板下颌前伸的功能矫治器。大鼠戴用矫治器1周后,在相应时间点处死大鼠(n=3),对其血液样本中PGE2含量进行测定,并对数据用单余弦拟合法做拟合度检验。结果:对照组数据检验假设成立,P<0.05,2个实验组数据检验假设不成立,P>0.05。结论:大鼠血中PGE2水平呈现昼夜节律性,功能矫治使大鼠血中PGE2昼夜节律消失。 Objective: To explore the relationship between wearing of functional appliance and systemic metabolism of PGE2 in the blood of growing rats. Methods: 54 male Wistar rats aged 4-weeks were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=18) : Daytime group,allday group and control group. Self-guided functional appliance was made for mandible advancement of the rats in the 2 experimental groups. One week after appliance wearing,rats were sacrificed at the corresponding time points and blood in femoral artery was taken.PGE2 levels in the blood samples were measured,data were analysed by cosine equation. Results: Hypothesis was true in the control group(P〈0. 05),and was not true in both 2 experimental groups(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: PGE2 level in rat blood is circadian rhythmic,wearing of functional appliance made may disturb the rhythm.
