摘要 目的:观察种植术区自体骨骨增量术后软组织愈合状况。方法:28例种植术区骨量不足,于口内取骨行种植术区骨增量术,记录供骨位点及种植术区骨植入后愈合状况。结果:颏部(67.86%)是口内常用供骨位点,其次为磨牙后区(32.14%)。骨增量术区并发症以创口裂开发生率最高(35.71%)。供骨区术后并发症发生率10.74%,较轻微,均自行恢复。结论:口内取骨是较好的供骨来源,应注意预防并发症。 Objective: To observe the soft tissue healing in dental implantation area after autologous bone augmentation. Methods:Autologous bone augmentation via intraotal approach was performed in 28 cases of bone defect in dental implantation area,soft tissue healing and complications were analysed. Results: Chin(67. 86%) was the commonly intraoral bone donor site,followed by retromolar area(32. 14%). Wound dehiscence was observed in 10 cases(35. 71%) in bone augmentation area,in donor sites complications were minor and observed in 3 cases(10. 74%). Conclusion: Intraoral bone is a feasible source for bone augmentation in dental implantation area,attention should be paid for prevention of the complications.
