精神分裂症和双相障碍患者的家庭负担调查分析

The Family Burden of Patients with Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder

目的了解精神分裂症和双相障碍患者的疾病家庭负担。方法采用疾病家庭负担量表(FBS),对92例精神分裂症和56例双相障碍患者的照顾者进行评定,分析比较两种疾病的家庭负担状况。结果精神分裂症和双相障碍患者的FBS总分分别为(18.53±12.23、17.27±12.98),在FBS总分、各因子分的比较差异无统计学意义。两种疾病FBS各维度达中度及以上影响程度的家庭比例均较高,家庭经济、家庭日常活动、家庭娱乐活动及家庭关系维度均高于40%;心理健康维度均高于30%;躯体健康维度,精神分裂症为33.7%,双相障碍为28.6%。结论精神分裂症和双相障碍均造成沉重的家庭负担,提示研究和发展以家庭需求为导向的心理社会综合干预模式,有效地减轻照顾者的疾病家庭负担。

Objective To understand the family burden of patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder .Methods The caregivers of 92 patients with schizophrenia and 56 patients with bipolar disorder were evaluated using the Family Burden Scale （ FBS） .Results Total FBS scores of patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder were （18.53 ±12.23 and 17.27 ±12.98） respectively.There were no significant differences in total FBS score and factors scores between the two greups .The percentages of sample families indicating above moderate influence levels （ including the moderate level ） for each FBS dimension were high for both diseases .For family economic condition,family daily activities,family entertainment and family relations dimensions ,the percentages were all above 40%,and for the mental health dimension ,the percentages were all above 30%.Conclusion Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder cause heavy family burdens,which suggests us to undertake research and development of a family -oriented integrated psychosocial intervention framework ,in order to effectively reduce family burdens of caregivers.
