不同项群优秀运动员群体职业性格对照研究

Occupational Personality of Elite Athletes from Different Item of Groups

目的旨在了解运动员群体职业性格类型的共同特征,探讨不同项群运动员个人发展的行为规律和潜在的职业能力,为运动员职业技能培养课程设计提供理论依据。方法本研究采用MBTI性格测试量表对126名北京市优秀在役运动员进行调查,分析了解运动员群体职业性格的主要特征。结果运动员群体的职业性格主要集中在ENFJ、ISFJ、ESFJ和INFJ 4种类型,分别占调查总数的23%、19.8%、12.7%和10.3%;运动员群体的优势职业特征表现为精力充沛,协同合作,注重自我发展,谨慎、有序,忠诚、奉献,独立、坚持。运动员群体在社会服务型、健康护理型、零售推销和商业型、教育咨询型、创造型等职业领域具有明显的职业优势。结论同场对抗性项群与格斗对抗性项群在职业性格上具有显著性差异。

Objective To figure out common features of athletes＇occupational personalities ,and discuss their behavior rules of personal development and their potential vocational abilities .which provides a theoretical foundation for the curriculum design of athlete occupational skill training .Methods Using MBTI to test occupational personality of 126 elite athletes from different item of groups .Results The occupational personalities of athletes mainly focused on four types ：ENFJ,ISFJ,ESFJ and INFJ.Accounting for 23%,19 .8%, 12.7%and 10.3%respectively.Athletes＇advantage occupational characters were energetic ,collaborative,value self-development ,cautious,orderly,faithful,dedicated,independent and persistent .Athlete groups had distinct career advantages in the fields of social work , health care ,retail and sales promotion ,education counseling ,and innovation .Conclusion There is significant difference in occupational personality between resistant term group in same field and wrestling item -group.
