摘要
从服务创新过程的视角出发,构建了包括服务开发能力、服务生产能力、服务营销能力和组织支持能力4个维度的企业服务创新能力评价体系,并以知识型服务企业为样本,对该评价体系进行了应用研究。
From the perspective of service innovation process, this paper constructs an evaluation system for enterprise＇s service innovation capa bility, which includes four factors, namely service development capability, service production capability, service marketing capability and organiza tional support capability. Then using the sample of knowledge service enterprises in Zhejiang province,it tests the evaluation system and propo ses further research suggestions.
