两型社会动态评价模型及其应用——基于熵权法-相对熵集结模型的组合赋权

Two-oriented Society Evaluation Model and Its Application:Combination Weight Based on Entropy Weight Method and Relative Entropy Aggregation Model

在坚持以人为本、可持续发展和高频指标等原则的基础上,建立了基于科学发展观的两型社会评价指标体系。将熵权法与相对熵集结模型相结合确定指标权重,建立两型社会综合评价模型、协调度模型和演进规律模型。以河北为例,对模型的应用进行了说明,并对河北两型社会的发展状况进行了分析,结果表明2006—2011年河北两型社会发展总体呈上升趋势,各子系统的发展逐渐趋于协调,河北走的是"先发展后协调"的道路。

Based on the principles of people-oriented concept, sustainable development and high frequency indication, this paper establishes the two-oriented society evaluation index system based on scientific development concept. And it determines the index weights through combing entropy weight method with relative entropy aggregation model, and establishes the two-oriented society evaluation model and the path evolution model. Then taking Hebei province as the example, it demonstrates the application of the above models, and analyzes the development of two-oriented society in Heibei province. The empirical results show that two-oriented society development of Hebei province takes on a upward trend, and becomes more coordinated from 2006 to 2011 ,and the path evolution is from develop to coordination.
