糖尿病前期人群的运动处方:设计与实施 被引量:17

Exercise Prescription for Pre-diabetes: Design and Implementation

摘要 目的:整合医疗和体育资源,确定糖尿病前期人群运动干预的指导原则和实施方案,为控制或逆转糖尿病前期、预防糖尿病提供实践依据。设计和实施:参考国内外相关研究设计、方法和结果,在前期实验的基础上,按照随机对照试验的设计原则,设计了糖尿病前期人群的运动处方;在试点体检中心实施并验证和修改,考察其依从性。通过11个月的实施证明了干预方案能够适应客观条件和参与者主观需求,并具有良好的依从性(总回访率达到88.9%,两个运动干预组的回访率达到92.3%和96.3%)。结论:在循证医学证据支持下,运用制定运动处方的基本理论设计的糖尿病前期运动干预方案具有良好的可行性和依从性,可以在更大范围内推广应用以增强运动干预在糖尿病预防中的作用。 Objective: Combining medicine and exercise resources,we confirmed the principles and implement program of exercise prescriptions for pre-diabetes,in order to provide a practical reference for controlling,reversing and preventing pre-diabetes or diabetes. Design and Implementation: Referring to relative research design,methods and results at home and abroad,according to the principles of designing Randomized Controlled Trial( RCT),basing on the results of our own finished research,we proposed an exercise intervention program for pre-diabetes,and put it into practice in health management centers to test its feasibility and compliance. Results of 11 months intervention demonstrated that this exercise intervention program can fit all local situations and meet all demands of subjects. The total follow-up rate is 88. 9%,and two intervention group's are 92. 3% and 96. 3% respectively.Conclusion: The designed exercise intervention program for pre-diabetes has good feasibility and compliance supported by evidence-base medicine. It can be spread to enhance its effect on preventing diabetes.
