功能动作筛查在中国空手道国家队的应用研究 被引量:23

Application of Functional Movement Screen in China's National Karate Team

摘要 通过对空手道国家队运动员功能动作筛查测试结果的分析,提出建议,旨在对国家队备战亚运会提供数据及理论的支持。研究以功能动作筛查方法为研究对象,采用文献资料法:查阅国内外关于功能动作筛查的信效度以及实验的文献;实验法:利用功能动作筛查测试进行实验,获得数据;数理统计法:利用SPSS18.0软件进行数据分析;问卷调查法:对国家队队员发放问卷;专家访谈法:对国家队教练、国内外空手道裁判进行访谈。经过研究得出以下结论:1)功能动作筛查结果与空手道国家队运动员的身体指标(BMI)、身体既往伤病情况、运动成绩之间不具有明显相关性;与运动员训练年龄存在相关性。训练年龄超过6 a的运动员筛查结果明显优于训练年龄低于6 a的运动员。2)中国空手道国家队运动员双踝的背屈封闭运动链运动不良,运动员双膝和双髋的屈曲不良现象比较明显。3)中国空手道国家队运动员身体躯干部位神经募集和反射的稳定性相对薄弱,身体躯干部位的力量表现比其他部位差。 China's national karate team is training in Tianjin to prepare for the Incheon Asian Games in 2014. Based on the results from functional movement screen,this paper aims to provide data and theory support for training.Study focused on the methods of functional movement screen,reviewed the related literatures at home and abroad,collected the data of functional movement screen,used questionnaire to investigate athletes,did interviews with national team coach,domestic and international karate referee,and all the data was analyzed by SPSS18. 0. Results:1) The result from karateka's functional movement screen in national team is not related to karateka's BMI,previous injury and sports performance,but related to training years. Screen result of athletes with over years training is better than others' with less years training. 2) Closed kinematic chain of athletes' both ankles dorsiflexion doesn't work well,and double knees,hips flex worse. 3) Neural recruitment and reflection of trunk in national team athletes are weak in stability,and strength performance of trunk is weaker than other body parts'.
